If you’re reading this you’re likely still very early in the game so it’s worth noting that Priorite Shards are not at all rare. On your travels throughout the game, you will easily find enough to buy most of what’s on offer at Doma’s Outpost Commodities, and you only need a certain number of haircuts before the rest are a waste. That being said, 10 Priorite Shards may feel a little expensive early on, but is it worth it?

Probably, yes. Depending on your difficulty. When you purchase the Mysterious Keycode you can unlock the door at the back of Doma’s shop. Once you enter there is a single, large chest that you can loot. When you loot the chest you unlock an additional Stim. This instantly fills all your Stims back up to full and gives you a permanent +1 Max Stim. By the end of the game I had 11 total Stims so these are upgrades you can find throughout the game, but early on, unless you’re playing on story difficulty, they can be a huge help.
It’s definitely worth buying this Mysterious Keycode as the first purchase at Doma’s store, it’s more than worth it, and a lot more useful than another haircut.
