You have to battle Majima in the place described in the letter to learn the corresponding ability. For example, the letter says “let’s roll” – this means you have to go bowling to meet Majima there. Struggling with the rest of the messages myself though – some of them pretty vague and I think they can be bugged too.

question do i need to beat majima in the games to get my dragon styles? some of them just tell me to read a email but i think i read them all already?
