Want to vastly speed up your Developing time? This guide will tell you How To Reduce Development Time In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hackers Memory so you can pump out those development Commands and reap a variety of awesome rewards.

Much like reducing Investigation time, there’s a couple of basic tricks you can do to vastly reduce the amount of time it takes for your Digimon to complete a Development Command. Most importantly is your selection of Leader. There are 8 different personality types in the game, with 6 relating to stats and growth and two relating to DigiFarm activities. The key Personality for improving Development time is Builder.

Make sure you have at least 1 Builder in your DigiFarm and select them as the Leader. This will reduce the initial time from hours to just 35 minutes. You can continue to reduce the time if you have other Digimon that also share the Builder personality.

The best way I found to do this is to DigiConvert a bunch of garbage Digimon you don’t want to use. Some of them may come through with a Builder personality, and if they don’t you can just sacrifice them to other Digimon for the experience points. For every 2 additional Digimon with the Builder personality, you can further reduce the time by 5 minutes. Just like Investigating, you can only reduce Development time to 25 minutes at the lowest.

What does ABI do and how do you increase it? This guide will tell you How To Increase ABI In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hackers Memory so you can understand the very beneficial mechanics behind it and how to DigiVolve your Digimon into the strongest monsters they can be.

How To Increase ABI?

At the beginning of the game, it’s unlikely you will need anything relating to ABI. However, you can start increasing it straight away to reduce the amount you need later in the game. As you progress through the game, especially when you start to have Ultimate and Mega Digimon, you will notice that a certain amount of ABI is required to DigiVolve. This can be as low as 20 or as high as 100.

ABI is naturally earned when you DigiVolve or De-DigiVolve your Digimon. Points are awarded whether you go ahead or back. The amount given is greater when you De-DigiVolve a higher tiered Digimon but it’s a slow process. Check your ABI before an evolution and then check again after, you will see the results clearly for yourself.

What Does ABI Do?

As mentioned above, it is primarily used to DigiVolve into stronger Digimon. However, there is another use. When you train your Digimon at the DigiFarm, those with a higher ABI stat will gain much bigger benefits from the training.

You can get this item during one of the main missions in Chapter 8. Eventually you will have to go to a Police server URL in Eden. It is a bit of a maze but it isn’t that hard to figure out. As you make your way through there you will find some chests and eventually find the culprit you are looking for. It ends in a Digimon fight against two Ultimate Dinosaur Digimon. They don’t hit particularly hard but they do have a bunch of HP so this fight could take awhile. Make sure you focus on keeping yourself alive and focus on killing them one at a time. When you beat them both you will be rewarded with The Human Spirit Of Flame And Light to use on your Digimon to Digivolve them.

You cannot get this until Chapter 6 or 7, I forget which one exactly. You need to go to the Arena and clear the Bronze and Silver cups and then take on the Gold cup. If it says the machine is down for maintenance then you need to wait until the next Chapter to use it. When you can fight in the Gold cup you will want to bring some Ultimazte level Digimon in order to clear it out. Most of the fights aren’t that tough but if you only have Champions you might lose. At the end of the Cup you will face a single Digimon. He isn’t overly strong to Ultimate Digimon but he killed my Champion Digimon in a shot. He has alot of HP and can do some damage so be ready to heal up. Once you beat that Digimon you will be rewarded with The Digi-Egg Of Courage.

Want to Investigate quicker and unlock more rare Cases? This guide will tell you How To Reduce Investigating Time In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hackers Memory so that you and your Digimon can Investigate more on the DigiFarm and unlock more exciting and rewarding Cases.

Investigating is a Command you can give to your Digimon at the DigiFarm. Once given the Digimon will seek out new cases and sometimes, the occasional items. Adding a Sleuth’s Secret to your DigiFarm can increase the return on Investigations. The most important part of reducing Investigating time is to ensure you have a Leader with the “Searcher” Personality. This personality reduces the time it takes to Investigate. Without it, you can spend hours on a single attempt. If your Leader has the “Searcher” Personality, it will reduce the time to approximately 35 minutes, but that’s not all.

You can further reduce the time with two additional Digimon in the same DigiFarm with the Searcher personality. You can purchase a Searcher Patch from the Shop in the Eden Entrance area. It costs 2500 Yen per Searcher Patch, and you can buy as many as you want. Using this technique you can reduce each Investigation period down to just 25 minutes. Not bad eh?

To use these you go to the Digilab and go to the farm. You can pick any of your farms and at the bottom you can see Farm Expansion. As long as you have a Farm expansion Plugin you can add more space to one of your farms. This will let you put down more farm goods.

  • Farm Expansion Plugin #1 – This is found during Chapter 5, during the mission A Hacker’s Justice. When you get to the Dreamin’ Hideout there is one chest in the area. In that chest you will find the Farm Expansion Plug.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #2 – You can find this plugin in a chest on Kowloon level 3. When you get to the area where you can do right, left or straight, head straight and follow that path to the next area. Clear the next room and then go to the area after that. Follow the path to the end for a chest with the plugin inside.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #3 – Complete “Legendary Digimon” side mission during chapter 5.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #4 – During the main mission of chapter 5 called “Thief Who Doesn’t Steal” you will go to the backdoor of the aquarium through Eden. Use Route Access at the terminal in there to create access to the left side of the map. There is a chest there with the plugin inside.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #5 – This is found in Chapter 7 during the side mission “Fighting Beetles.” When you defeat the two tree Digimon blocking the path they will move slightly to the left. Go towards them and there will be a chest with the Plugin inside.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #6 – Reward for completing the main mission “Evangelist of Love! Sistermon!” during Chapter 7.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #7 – During Chapter 8 you will invade the police servers and you can find the plugin in one of the chests there.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #8 – During Chapter 10 you will enter Under Kowloon Level 4 and you can find it in a chest there. You will likely find it when you are going to help out your fellow hacker.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #9 – During Chapter 10 will go to the Valhalla server and meet up with Chitose. In that room there are four chests you can get and one has the plugin inside.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #10 – The next one isn’t until Chapter 11 and towards the end of it at that. When you invade the power plant in Eden and make it to the last room, you will have two panels to power down. There are two chests in that room and one of them has a Farm Expansion Plugin inside. It is the room with the Big Digimon waiting at the end.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #11 – You can find this during Chapter 12 in Asakusa?? Go to Asakusa and go through the big purple door there. Go to the left and there is a chest with this plugin inside.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #12 – Complete the side mission “Gluttonous Case” during Chapter 12 for this one.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #13 – Found in K’s Server during Chapter 14 main story. It is in a chest along the main path so you won’t miss it.
  • Farm Expansion Plugin #14 – You get this during Chapter 16 when you are warped to the Eden City. I don’t know the name of the place but it is in a chest that is almost impossible to miss.
