As you explore Hogwarts and the surrounding world, you may find small statues that look like monkeys holding a gem. These are the Demiguise Statues. When you look at the map, fully zoomed out, you can see each area has a list of collectible items you can discover. The Demiguise Statues is one of these items. You can see these just a few hours into the game, but you can’t actually do anything with the Demiguise Statues until much later in the game.
How To Collect Demiguise Statues In Hogwarts Legacy
You need to follow the main story until you reach the quest called The Caretakers Lunar Lament. In this quest, where you also learn how to open locked doors, the caretaker at Hogwarts explains the purpose of the Demiguise Statues and that he wants you to collect as many as you can.
From this point on, you can interact with Demiguise Statues and just grab the gems whenever you see them, as long as it is nighttime. If it’s daytime, you will not be able to use the Demiguise Statues or take the gems from them, so you can only do it at night.
