This one is from a boss fight you will run into at about 8-9 hours. You need to first have the Reflector Ray ability from another boss and then you go up higher into the Dian Cecht Cathedral. You are aiming to go here on the map.

Here you will face a boss with 3200 HP that is weak to Light damage and slashing damage. She uses blood attacks and I stood close to her while crouched for most of the fight. If you go off to far she will blasted you with a blood torrent for a ton of damage. Oh and the other thing is she heals for about 800 when she gets down to 70% HP. She didn’t heal a second time for me, so I am not sure if she can or not. After you beat her you will get the Blood Steal ability. Equip that shard, head to the blood fountain and use it to drain it.
