In order to get the Silver Bromide, you must first gain access to the Livre Ex Machina map. You will need to beat the boss for the double jump skill as well. When you take the door out to the tower, a boss will spawn so make sure you have heals. After you beat down the twin bosses, take the hole he created in the pathway of the tower to fall to the bottom.
