How To Move Statues In Bloodstained Ritual Of The Night

In order to find the Giant Hand(Craftwork) you will first have to enter the Dian Cecht Catherdral. This is most likely the third or fourth place you will enter in the Castle. When you make it there you need to get to this room and you will fight a boss, make sure to save before hand.

He has a lot of HP but is weak to Blunt damage(guns, kicks and whips) and Blood damage if you have a weapon that can do that. After you beat him, you will get the Craftwork shard and you then be able to move the large statues that block your path in the castle. So when the guy was talking about the big hand, he meant the boss Craftwork.
