Check Out This Hand Carved PlayStation 4 & Controller To Celebrate Upcoming Far Cry Primal Launch

Far Cry Primal Stone Age Console
To celebrate the upcoming launch of Ubisoft’s Far Cry Primal the award-winning studio today posted a range of photos and videos showcasing the awesome work of free-hand, accredited master carver and stone mason, Nick Roberson, who was commissioned to create a PlayStation 4 and controller in Stone Age fashion. The results? Nothing short of epic.

In addition to the controller Nick Roberson was also asked to craft everything you’d need to build your very own man cave in the build up to launch. This included a Stone Age television, pizza box, beer can and a pretty awesome coffee table.

[testimonials user=” email=” name=’Tom Goldberger, Senior PR Manager at Ubisoft’ position=” photo=”]“This project was undertaken to highlight the vast landscape and rich setting of the Stone Age era in Far Cry Primal. Nick has managed to immortalize, in stone, the beautiful, elegant designs of these iconic items with unbelievable accuracy.”[/testimonials]

Ubisoft may have also finally fixed the problem with the Dualshock 4 controllers. I can’t see these Stone Age versions needing their analog stick covers replaced, can you?

Far Cry Primal releases on February 23rd on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a Windows PC release coming March 1st.
