The 9th rune gate in Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice features 3 more runes, one that resembles a D, another that looks like a fish and a third that looks like a D. Where To Find D Rune
After interacting with the gate, turn around so it’s at your back. Follow the left walkway and down a spiral stair to the bottom. You’ll have to swim through here and lose your torch. Continue through until you reach an unlit torch. You will notice the rune symbol floating around but ignore that for now. You’ll see a flame in the distance, grab that and then return into the room. Light all the torches. Head into the darkest corner of the room, there’s some wood slightly submerged next to an unlit torch.
Where To Find P Rune
Head back up to the rune door, again at your back. Take a left again but instead of following the staircase down, this time follow it up. Continue through the really dark area until you reach a torch you can light. You will see the P as a shadow on the wall.
Where To Find Fish Rune
Once you’re back at the door, have it to your back again. Move forward and take the 2nd right. You’ll see two large torches that are not lit. Light them up. Head straight ahead and you’ll reach a large room, you’ll have to fight in here. After you defeat the enemies walk up the very small staircase and look down at the floor. The blood makes the pattern of the fish rune.
