How To Open The 8th Rune Gate (J Y D) In Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice
This is another rune gate held within one of Odin’s challenges. This guide will tell you How To Open The 8th Rune Gate (J Y D) In Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice so you can continue through the game and progress past the gate. Make sure to use the third-eye ability to view the gate otherwise you cannot find the runes. This gate features 3 different runes, 1 that resembles a J, another that looks like a Y and a third that looks like a D.
This area is very difficult as you are being chased by a fire demon the entire time, which makes it hard to describe the locations. Below are screenshots of each of the locations I found the runes. General rule of thumb here – avoid the fire.

Where To Find J Rune
When you activate the door you will be facing a new area. The J rune can be found running straight ahead and to the right.
Where To Find Y Rune
After finding the J rune run back towards the door. From the door, as you look away from it, explore the left hand side to find the Y rune.
Where To Find D Rune
After getting the Y rune you should spot the blue light figure. Follow that to reach the D rune.
