Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice continues to throw rune puzzles at you, the next being the 7th puzzle, contains runes that loosely resemble an arrow, an M and a J. Make sure you first interact with the door using your third-eye. This allows you to find the runes in the world.

Where To Find M Rune
Whilst in the dark world run up the stairs. Pass the first face. On the second floor you’ll see a door that is barred. Remove the bar and head through. You will see the M shape made out of wooden poles and rope just ahead, over the edge.
Where To Find J Rune
The J rune can be found in the light world. You need to unlock all of the upper level doors and then use the mask to travel to the light world. Head out the last door you unlocked, you’ll see the J sign on wood around the end. You can see this rune from inside the building but it will not activate unless you view it from the exterior.
Where To Find Arrow Rune
For the arrow rune you need to be in the light world and on the lower level. You’ll see half of the arrow shape cut out of the wall. Line it up with a piece of wood to create the full arrow shape and get this rune.
