Ubisoft recently announced a new ebook, Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Cloud, derived from the upcoming game Watch Dogs. Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Cloud, written by John Shirley, will be a direct continuation of the events that happen in Watch Dogs. This ebook will allow anyone who wants to know more about the world of Watch Dogs to fulfill their craving after they have beaten the game. Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Cloud will combine characters from the game, plus a few brand new characters, into an epic adventure filled with all the hacking you could possibly imagine. Better yet, it’s set in the Chicago atmosphere that you will hopefully grow to love in Watch Dogs.

John Shirley, author Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Cloud, has written over 30 books and short stories and is a known figure in the hacking community. This makes Shirley the perfect candidate for writing in the tech-filled world of Watch Dogs. This ebook represents Ubisoft’s first venture into this realm. It will be released exclusively in a digital format to help achieve the concept of an interactive ebook that has multiple types of media intertwined within the story.
Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Cloud will be available in two forms: a classic ebook, and an interactive ebook experience with videos and pictures. It will launch simultaneously with Watch Dogs (May 27, 2014) in 5 different languages: English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
