Grand Theft Auto V News
Most games today struggle to even remain relevant 3 years following a release but Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V continues to remain in the gaming limelight breaking yet another record as one of Britain’s most successful games in history.

Rockstar already have a long list of accolades for the critically acclaimed Grand Theft Auto V. Now the proud holder of several world records GTAV smashed previous entries in the ‘Bestselling video game in 24 hours’, ‘Highest revenue generated by an entertainment product in 24 hours’ and ‘fastest entertainment property to gross $1bn’ categories and now holds one specific to the UK.

Since its launch in 2013 Grand Theft Auto V has sold more than 6 million retail copies of the game. This one game alone has put more than £240 million through British retail stores, adding to the British economy more than any other single game in history. Even more impressive with the entire market of retail games sold in 2015 was £904 million.
