Persona 5 Delayed One Last Time

Persona 5 Delayed

Persona 5 has been doing very well in Japan but it is not quite ready for the West. As such, Persona 5 will be delayed a couple months to help finish up. Check out this article for the new Persona 5 release date.

Persona 5 Delayed

Persona 5 has been delayed until April 4th, 2017. The press release mentions that it will be the last delay. The fact that it is already out in Japan just means the game is done, so we believe them when they say it is the last time. The stated one of the reasons was because they wanted to have dual audio, both English and Japanese voices, at launch. You might not think it’s a big deal, but it is a big deal to some people. Honestly, this isn’t a terrible delay. February is already packed full of games as it is and April was looking pretty barren.

Outside of that, there will be a playable demo at PlayStation Experience this year for those who are going. You can go get the free Persona 5 theme right now on PSN. and lastly, the Premium Edition of Persona 5 got updated artwork. Now you can look forward to playing Persona 5 on April 4th, 2017 on either PlayStation 4 or Playstation 3.
