Assassin’s Creed Unity Launch Delay

Assassin's Creed Unity News
Ubisoft recently revealed that they will be delaying the launch of the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed Unity to provide more polish and improve the overall experience for players. Before you launch a picket outside the Ubisoft headquarters, it’s only a minor delay. Assassin’s Creed Unity will be launching on November 11th in the US and November 13th in EMEA territories, a delay of approximately 2 weeks on the original release date.

“As we got close to the finish, we realized we were near the target but still needed a bit more time to hone some of the details to make sure Assassin’s Creed Unity is exceptional,” says Vincent Pontbriand, senior producer at Ubisoft. “We sincerely appreciate players’ commitment to the game and their patience. It’s just a couple more weeks. And it’s going to be worth it.”

The developers also reassured US fans waiting for Assassin’s Creed Rogue, announcing that the release date remains the same for the US. Assassin’s Creed Rogue’s EMEA release date has changed however, now launching alongside Assassin’s Creed Unity on November 13th.
