Breath Of The Wild Travel Medallion Location
First off you will want to select the Teleportation Rumors quest from your log. This will lead you to Akkala, which is where you need to be. Read the journal in the stable and it will tell you a bit about the location of the Medallion. Open your map and look far northeast in Akkala to see Labyrinth Island. If you are lucky you have already done the Shrine there and can just warp right in. If you not you will have to glide there from the Akkala Ancient lab and then go do the Shrine. The Shrine must be completed because the area that the Travel Medallion is in isn’t accessible otherwise.
Outside of the Shrine, there is a hole in the ground that has a gust of wind shooting up. Drop down that hole and use your glider near the bottom to make sure you take no damage. At the bottom there are a lot of stationary Guardians that will shoot at you, run or deal with them, your call. The chest is on the southern central wall of the area down there. Once you open it and get the Travel Medallion, feel free to warp out.
