Head to this location on the map and climb to the top of the cliff. You should see a large skeleton, part of the scenery not an actual moving skeleton, down below. The beast will take the path through the canyon below, that is where you will strike. Oh and make sure you have a triple shot bow again.
Set up camp on the cliff top and wait until night. If you look up and to the right, east, you will see the Dragon start coming down at midnight like the others. This one has two horns but you can hit either to get the Shard to come off. Like the last ones, wait for it to get close and glide over it. This one shoots a lot of fireballs, the most I felt like, so be careful on your approach. When you have the shot, take it and claim your reward. You will need two so climb back up and set camp again and wait until the next night. When you have the two Shards you can upgrade your Champion Tunic to the last level.
