A little late, but a better combination would be Jack-O Lantern (Magician) and High Pixie (Fool). High Pixie learns Magaru at level 20.

Something you can do is fuse a Regent with a Mokoi. If you don’t have a Regent you can find one in Mementos or the second Palace. Since Regent can give any Ma skill it’s pretty easy to get any AoEs.

I just leveled it up to where it cant learn anything else and it never had the chance to learn that. Skills it learned by leveling ended up being Growth, Taunt, Rage Boost, and Wage War.
