You will need to get on to The Great Plateau to get the mask. Once up there, head to the old cabin from the first game. It can be found here on the map.
It is surrounded by defenses so you will need to build a ramp with trees. Once inside you can try to open the door, but this will trigger a fight. If you have something to freeze the Yiga clan guys then I recommend that. Kill the smaller one first and remember you glide when the big one uses his special move. Beat them down and you can go in the house.
