There are many different ways to tackle situations in Baldur’s Gate 3 so not all items are going to be available, depending on the choices you make. For example, some special items require you to kill a certain enemy or NPC so if you don’t wish to kill them, you can’t get the item. However, there’s some great items that are worth the moral dilemma.

Where To Find The Best Rare Magical Items In Baldur’s Gate 3

The Oak Fathers Embrace

This 13 rated Medium Armor has a great bonus ability, Order of Nature. Undead creatures and beasts that attack the wearer receive 1d6 Radiant damage each time they attack. You can find it at this location, this is the entrance to the Owlbear cave. Head inside and either defeat the Owlbear or sneak past and loot the Headless Skeleton corpse to retrieve this armor.

The Vision Of The Absolute

This rare two-handed melee weapon has 1d8 Piercing damage, the Rush action and Absolute Night as an ability. Absolute Night has a chance to blind the target when hitting and it deals an additional 2D6 damage to creatures with multiple sets of eyes, perfect for the spider dungeon.

You need to find two pieces, the hilt and the tip. The tip can be found inside the Owlbear cave but you must defeat the Owlbear in order to retrieve it. The second piece can be found on a corpse just East of the cave. Combine them in your inventory to make the weapon.
