You will get this when you go to visit the Children Of Atom on the island. You will have to prove yourself worthy of entering their compound by going to a spring. Go to the spring and drink the water there. A ghostly figure will appear that you need to follow to a shack. You will come across a few lizard enemies that won’t attack you but the Ghouls you run into will. Clear them out in front of the shack and then enter. Inside you can find a note on a shelf that has a few words in call caps, this is how you find the password.Go to the terminal and look left for a table of elements. Go up to that and look left at the shelf for symbols to interact with. This will get you the code to unlock the door so you can complete the quest. Go inside, collect the idol and the note and then return to the Nucleus to be granted access to the compound. When you return you can join up with the Children of Atom if you want but know that Old Longfellow does not like that.
