At the start of the game you’re given a choice on two missions. The choice with Hayley will open the mission chain for Vocho. You need to complete a series of objectives in order to finish the chain and unlock the legendary car. You need to complete the Vocho objective in the Mexico Mainstage of the Horizon Festival. You must claim the car from the Accolades Stories section.
Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 Legendary Car
You need to unlock the second objective in the Horizon Apex Road Racing outpost, called Lucha De Carreteras. This will open a chain of missions where you’re training with a Luchador. Complete the chain of missions to unlock the legendary car.
MG Metro 6R4 Legendary Car
This is another vehicle unlocked during the Lucha De Carreteras mission chain.
Porsche 959 Legendary Car
This one isn’t free, technically, but you get it free when you buy the Buena Esperanza house.

Open the Hall of Fame and then get 3 stars on all Finale events.
Jesko Koenigsegg Legendary Car
This is one of the fastest cars in the game. You need to get 3 stars on all challenges in the V10 Horizon Story. This car can go over 280mph, so it’s perfect for a car that can go over 250mph for the challenges.
Porsche 959 Prodrive Rally Raid Legendary Car
Win every Dirt Race in the game.
Hot Wheels Bone Shaker Legendary Car
Complete the Danger Signs challenge, Reach for the Stars, by getting 2 Stars on all Danger Signs.
Koenigsegg Regera Legendary Car
Probably the fastest car in the entire game. You need to enter the hall of fame and complete all of the hall of fame accolades.
Lotus Evija Legendary Car
Part of the Online Accolades. Take part in 20 Horizon Arcade events and complete at least one round.
