Another Confidant you will get while playing Persona 5 are the Twin Wardens. They will give you requests to bring them certain Personas and Persona with certain abilities as well. Check out this Persona 5 Confidant Guide for the Twin Wardens and complete all the requests.
IMPORTANT: When speaking with any Confidant in Persona 5, when furthering the relationship is possible, you can receive a huge bonus if you have a matching Arcana Persona in your inventory. When speaking with the Twin Wardens, make sure to bring a Persona in the Strength Arcana.
For your first request they will ask for a Jack Frost with the skill Mabufu, the AoE basic ice attack. Inside the Museum you can catch a Moki, the green mummy type enemies with a white sash around their wastes and a boomerang. You can fuse a Moki with a Apsaras, which can also be found inside the Museum (fairy-like Persona with large sash surrounding upper body), to create a Jack Frost. Once the Jack Frost is level 12 it learns the Mabufu ability.
The second request they will have for you is Shiisaa with the Frei skill. You cannot get Shiisaa until you are level 16. In order to get the Frei skill you will want to use a Makami Persona in fusion. I fused Jack Frost and Makami to create a Shiisaa with the Frei skill. This will get you a rank up for the Strength Arcana.
This time they want you to bring them a Matador with the skill Maguru, a Matador cannot be gotten until level 19. I fused a Koppa Tengu, which can learn Maguru and a Orobas into a Matador and gave it the Maguru move. This will get you the Strength level 3 Arcana and the ability Lockdown.
You need a Flauros with the Tarukaja skill, you make Flauros by using the advanced fusion and combining Berith+Andras+Eligor. You should get the skill out of them automatically. Thanks to Centclip for the info.
Next up is a Ame-No-Uzume Persona with the Dodge Psy attack. The best choice for this is to use Kin-Ki because it has dodge Psy as a skill. You can use Nue or Sui-Ki in order to get Ame-No-Uzume from here with the skill Dodge Psy. This will get you rank 5 of Strength.
Next is a Neko Shogun with the skill Dekaja, the Neko Shogun is a triple fusion Persona. You will need Kodama, Sudama and Anzu in order to make the Shogun. This one is a bit tricky, there is a Persona fusion chart here that you can use to help you get the ones you need. Dekaja comes from Anzu, it is one of the moves it can learn.
Now you need a Lachesis with the Tetraja skill to complete the request. You will want to use Clotho as one of your Persona’s that you fuse because she learns Tetraja very early. I made her using a Pixie and a Silky. From there you will need a Fortuna in order to fuse the two into Lachesis with the Tetraja skill. Use the persona fusion chart link up above if you need help fusing either of those two.
Next up – A Hecatoncheires with the skill Masukunda. To get the skill you will want to use a Lillim and I fused it with a Unicorn. This will get you Rank 8 of Strength.
Now she wants you to bring her a Bugs with the skill Samarecarm to her. Bugs is another triple fusion that takes Pixie, Pisaca and Hariti to create. Hariti needs to get to level 41 in order to learn Samarecarm, then you can fuse the three and get the skill on Bugs.
The last request is to get a Seth with the skill High Counter. You need to combine four Persona in order to create Seth: Thoth, Isis, Horus and Anubis. You can get the High Counter skill card by doing the request “The Killer Laughs in the Garbage Can” in Momentos. This will finish the Strength Arcana and the Twin’s requests.
Futaba is another Confidant you will unlock in Persona 5. She is unlocked during the month of August, so you will have to wait a bit before you can start upgrading her. Check out this Persona 5 Confidant Guide to max out Futaba as quickly as possible.
