Where To Catch Ancient Arowana Fish In Legend Of Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom
The Ancient Arowana fish, despite being one of legend and apparently very rare, is actually really easy to find and only slightly difficult to catch. It’s in the Zora’s Domain region. You can find it at Shatterback Point. This is a large cliff to the East of Zora’s Domain. It’s just South of Mipha Court, which is South of Ploymus Mountains. You can follow the river from either location up to a small pond with a statue inside.
It was night time when I visited but I’m not sure it makes a difference. You can find the Arowana Fish swimming around the water surrounding the statue. They do swim fast, faster than Link, so jumping in and swimming to catch them can be a bit troublesome. It’s easier to navigate the water from the edge and finding a fish, before jumping in and trying to grab it as soon as you hit the water.
You only need one Ancient Arowana Fish for the mission, but they can also be used in cooking, so it doesn’t hurt to grab a few more.
