The musicians here need their wagon fixed up. Grab some nearby wheels and attach them to the cart. Then you will need a horse with a harness. To get the harness I think you need 6 Pony Points total. Then bring it in front of the music people, lock on, and offer to take them up to the fairy. She will open up and you can upgrade your armor. On top of that she points to others as well.

The next spot will be up in the Hebra mountain area. Head to the Snowfield Stable and you will need to help out with the carriage this time. You need to give it a roof and then drive them up to the Fairy. I’d go around the left side, it’s a smoother slope.

The third guy is found on the Tabantha Frontier and you need to stick a balloon and two wind fans to his cart. Once you get it out of the hole he will return to the troupe. You need to make a raft for this part and then attach it to the wagon. The wagon can float so don’t put it on top of the raft.

Then the last guy is found at the Highland stable. We have a quest guide for this one here. You then need to make a four wheel drive car and get the wagon up to the Fairy plant.

And that is all of the Great Fairies.
